acletras is a Macintosh administrator for a private k-12 school on the U.S. east coast. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, a specialization in MIS, CompTIA A+ Hardware certification, and is an Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist. He is currently studying to become an Apple Certified Technical Coordinator.
